Peanut Butter Berry Yogurt Bark

Swirls of creamy yogurt, peanut butter, and fresh berries are frozen into a brittle sheet that can be broken into irregular, colorful shards.

What you need

The easy way

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of peanut butter over the yogurt and swirl gently with a knife; scatter berries, chia seeds, and almonds on top.
  5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until completely solid.
  6. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
