Warm Cinnamon Pear Quesadillas
Sliced pears are sautéed with cinnamon and butter, then wrapped in a tortilla with cheese until golden and melty for a warm dessert-like snack.

What you need
The easy way
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add pear slices; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt; cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium-low heat; add remaining butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, top half with cheese and pear mixture, fold over, and press gently.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm; store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat in a skillet.
