What you need
The easy way
- Heat olive oil and half the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add broccoli florets and 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.
- Remove lid, add shrimp, garlic, and red pepper flakes; cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in remaining butter, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges; store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
