Chicken Caesar Roll-Ups

Shredded chicken tossed in creamy Caesar dressing offers a classic flavor profile that is easy to eat and less messy than traditional salad.

20 minutes4 servings (8 roll-ups each)

What you need

The easy way

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat and spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each, spreading it into a rectangle shape.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped romaine lettuce evenly over the chicken mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling is secure.
  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set before slicing into pinwheels or halves.
  6. Pack with an ice pack if serving cold; consume within 4 hours of preparation.

Use your senses. Times are guardrails. Look for the color, texture, and doneness cues in the steps, and refrigerate perishable leftovers promptly.
