What you need
The easy way
- Cook macaroni in salted water according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, salsa, and milk; simmer for 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Fold in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheddar cheese; top with remaining cheese, cover until melted, and garnish with cilantro before serving.
