Banana Walnut Baked Oatmeal

What you need
The easy way
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully coated, then fold in half of the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top.
